The new site builder has opened a whole new wave of inspiration for me, anychance of these being added to polls module at some stage?

I am trying to create a new frontend section for polls and these options would allow me to create new widget blocks.
I have added categories and attempted to add a poll image but simply adding an image field via form designer doesnt seem to be recording the image in the datastore. Image is mroe to add some flair to the front end page rather than anything else.
