Basic acl for profile forum cats

If I could specify a user for access to a forum category, I could use the test.jamroom.net profile for communication with clients.

Specifying that user for an Issue tracker category as well would be perfect.

We have plans for a project management module that will handle this (like we have on www.jamroom.net right now) - it will give you private messages/notes/files, so let me know if that would work. No timeline at this point, but sometime soon.
