I can manually upload but i get an error if I try to auto upload "Your site is low on disk space (currently using 92%)
Try to free up disk space before installing or updating modules or skins".

Try to free up disk space.

or increase the size of your server.

When you upload manually Jamroom doesn't get to do its server checks.
Running on a server this full could lead to issues down the road.
