It sounds like your web server is not setup to support SSL properly, is misconfigured, or something is wrong with the SSL certificate - you'll need to work with your provider on this.

Thanks!

No - this has nothing to do with Jamroom - it's a web server issue.

Sorry!

No - it is not a Jamroom issue, your hosting provider is wrong.

That error is telling you that your webserver sent out a packet that is TOO long. Jamroom has no control over how your web server communicates with the browser.

In the following URL you can see that HTTPS works:
https://lory.arvixe.com:2083/

Your website does not have an SSL certificate:
http://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html?hostname=dubmusic.com

So when you try to access this URL...
https://dubmusic.com/user/login

Your hosting provider contacted us directly and has told is that you DO NOT have an SSL site. This means that you must have enabled the "Create SSL URLs" option in your User Global Config, which you do not want to do if you do not have an SSL website.

You will need to go into the jr_jrcore_setting table and find the "force_ssl" entry for the jrUser module, and set the value to "off".

That will disable the feature and let you log in. Do not activate it again.

Hope this helps!

Using a database manager such as phpMyAdmin (i.e. look in your website control panel, or ask your hosting provider for assistance).

Hope this helps!

The option is in the User Accounts -> Global Config - it's called "Create SSL URLs".

Hope this helps!

I think you may have accidentally enabled your Readable Forum Post setting as well.
