Then I installed the new jr5 1.1 and visited jamroom.net I cant get pass adds the same thin is on my site

They only comes up on jamroom sites , they don't come up on Facebook or Google , any suggestions ?

Unfortunately I don't - I can assure you there are no ads on any Jamroom.net site. Try this - go here:
https://www.jamroom.net/
(that's the SSL side of jamroom.net) and see if it goes away - if it does, then you've got "injection" malware and really your best bet is to reload your OS and start clean.
