Make sure you are starting from a fresh install:

http://test.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/forum/announcements/1108/all-licenses-have-been-reset

There have been no "live" purchases made through the system up until this point, so you could not have purchased anything.

If you are talking about item that were purchased on the live jamroom.net (everything here on test.jamroom.net is still in testing), once we go live we can get any issues sorted out.

Thanks!

Yes - see my post I linked above - all licenses were reset. You will want to do a fresh install.

Of JR5. You are currently posting on the Jamroom TEST system - we are not live yet on JR 5.1.0, so if you want to use JR 5.1.0 with the licensing system here you will need to do a fresh install of Jamroom 5.1.0 on your system, as I reset ALL licenses the other day. Or wait until Jamroom 5.1.0 is live.

I'd recommend NOT using Jamroom 5.1.0 at this time since it is NOT live, and has not been released.
