solved Comments and Biog not showing on members page

Please can you assist me?
I have two quotas (Trial and Full Membership).
On the Trial Membership quota the comments box and member's biog are both visible on the member's profile page (as expected).
On the Full Membership quota (that allows comments and a biog section, neither are visible.
I'm baffled, and cannot see why these are not showing on the Full Membership profiles. The Full Membership quota should have these showing as per quota allowance.

Any insights why?

Alexander, have you had a look at your Quota Compare tool chart yet? It should be at:
yoursite.com/profile/quota_compare

sorry, im not really understanding the problem in relation to the screenshots. I see 'carcso' has a lot of modules active, but the profile is still pending activation.

I see the "Full Member" quota is allowed to comment on things.

I see that 'Bun' has just joined and only seems to have access to the comments module, so I guess 'Bun' is in the "Full Member" quota.

Passed that I'm lost.

Simply put, the 59 Full Membership profiles are not showing comments or biogs.
Whereas the 104 Trail Membership profiles are.

I'm at a lost as to why, as this seems to have suddenly occurred.

Got the logins and have taken a look.
The problem here is with the ProfileTweaks module which is enabled for the Full Member quota which redirects yoursite.com/profile_name to yoursite.com/profile_name/timeline
With most skins this is the same thing but with Ninja these are different pages so you are not seeing the profile biog and comments that are on the default profile view.
We'll check out what can be done about this.

Actually, the fix for this is just to change the 'Default Profile Index' setting in the ProfileTweaks module from Timeline to Skin Profile Index. I've done this on your site. Check the profiles out now.

I'm not sure how I selected that option? and clearly had no idea how such would change the profiles.

This is interesting. It seems we also had that setting as Timeline and not Skin Profile. Perhaps Skin Profile is not set as a default even though it is documented as the default setting?
Should I change this setting on pmp-art.com to Skin Profile instead of Timeline?

I guess that depends on whether you are having similar issues. If you are using the Ninja skin; or one derived from it then yes.
If using another skin it probably won’t do any harm to change it.
