Currently it appears that the "Change Item Owner" module does not provide the "Ning Notes" module with a "Change Owner" tool.
If that is difficult to build, would it be easier to somehow merge Ning Notes with Pages, and then change ownership from there?
The Page Creator module does have the "Change Owner" tool.
(I am using JR 6 beta, and the Ningja skin)
