solved NING Member emails extraction?

Hi!
I would love to move to JAMROOM in the future, and I wonder if the "Jam Room Staff" would be able to help me to extract the "emails" from the NING member CSV file, so I can upload it to MailChimp or Constant Contact etc or any other email service?

and even SYNC my newly added members with a "MAIL PROVIDER"?

All you need to do is load the CSV file into Excel or another 'spreadsheet' app. All the emails are in one column so delete all the other columns then save the work in the appropriate format.
