For my blog page

I would like to display the User profile image on the left of the title. It's too dry without an image :)

See screenshot for desired outcome.

I have a cloned Ningja template. I would like to know:
- which file in the template needs change?
- what is the code snippet to add the image to the left of the title?

I found an answer here. The answer provided is not Nova specific. It works on my Ningja skin as well.
