Had someone create an account and add a new gallery. It was a spam account.
I have deleted the user and the profile, but am unable to delete the Gallery or image (see attached image)

Have refreshed catches, etc, several times... but to no avail.

Any advice?

Thank you

I bet that was "CaptainMarketing"? He signed up here yesterday and is now registering on my live JR sites!! He's working his way through JR sites trying to sell CMS marketing so maybe others will want to keep a lookout on their sites.

Anyway, when you deleted him Jamroom will have deleted all his content (including his gallery) as well. Is that not what you are seeing?

Yes same person... I deleted account and user profile but cannot seem to remove the Gallery he created (as image posted above and attached).
I have flushed the site several times but it can't get rid of or access the Gallery he created.

This still show up in the latest "activities" and links to "page not found". I had hoped it would have been removed when refreshing catches and integrity check... but it is still present.

Activities are a seperate datastore item list that don't get deleted should an item they refer to be deleted, so you would need to delete those independently.
Are you sorted now? As I said, if a profile is deleted all that profile content should go as well (not activities) so am corncerned that didn't happen?

Yes, I deleted both the profile and the user account, but the gallery I had to delete separately.
Where do I access the 'activities' datastore?

It would be really helpful if Admins were able to vet users and delete undesirable accounts 'before' they went active. That way these problems could be avoided. We had that option on Ning.

Thank you.

Jamroom has this option - in the ACP -> users -> user accounts -> quota settings section you can set your signup quotas to be Admin Validated.

Hope this helps!

your-site.com/timeline/dashboard/browser

or:
DASHBOARD -> DATA BROWSER -> TIMELINE

Both are the same place, one is directions, the other a url.
