Is it possible to re-installed a deleted account? If so how?

Unfortunately not. Its gone from the database and all media files have bben deleted, along with all the profile's content.
The only option might be from a backup?

OK, I thought that may be the case. Two identical accounts were created after importing from Ning Archive, but deleting one also delete content from the other.

The Ning Import module checks for duplicate Ning member names and if found adds 2,3,4 etc. to the name. Did this now happen when importing? If not, can I have your ning-members.json file to test here?

No Paul - Ning Archive created duplicate accounts.
Also, I have discovered that imported content from Ning is not necessarily visible to members of those accounts, only to me.
Shall I send the file to the support email address?

Yes please, along with the duplicate member name(s). Am concerned that this is either another 'anomoly' in Ning's archive or a bug in our importer.
