solved Activity Not Showing

Just set up a new Jamroom site ( http://mountzion.info), I have added a few YouTube videos but no activity is showing on the home page. Can't see why.

Any advice?

Is the Activity Timeline module allowed for the quota the profile is in?

Yes it is active on all quotas..
I have also manually cleared catches, but to no avail.

I just modified the three YouTube videos, I didn't change anything, and they are showing up in the timeline now.

When you created them, did you uncheck the add to timeline box?

No I didn't uncheck anything... not sure how that occurred.

I just added a video and didn't see any issues there either. I also removed the video so you won't see it.
