I saw in a recent update that it's now safe to delete the Ning Archives in

public_html\data\media\0\0\Ning_Archive

I have been backing up my site on the desktop for a few days now and it is about finished- as soon as its done I would like to delete this folder as it will free up almost 40GB on my server

Am I correct in understanding that it is safe to do this now?

Thanks!

No, don't delete public_html\data\media\0\0\Ning_Archive
It may be ok to delete the original archive in the Jamroom folder.
The 'referenced' files that are copied to public_html\data\media\0\0\Ning_Archive is a relatively recent inovation in Ning Import and it might be that your import pre-dates it.
Curtis - email me your admin logins so that I can check your site out and see what is ok to delete.
Thanks

That's awesome. Can't wait to attend to this myself once my site finishes it's final ning import.
