Feature request - Ningja skin built using Sitebuilder

I think one of the things that keeps me from using sitebuilder is figuring out how to break down the current pages and make their functional duplicates using site builder.

I know I can put widgets on pages, but then I need to populate the widgets. Rather than populating the widgets from scratch I want a set of widgets that includes the working code from the latest Ningja skin.

This could reduce the challenges, for many, with using Site Builder. For example, right now, I wouldn't know how to divide up the code in index.tpl using cut and paste to produce the functional equivalent of what I currently have on my live site.

I am happy to do what SE did and create a video that shows how to do this but I need a starting point for index.tpl and all the module and profile pages.

Yes I totally see this. Those of us who have already done a lot of customizing of our custom skin (a child of the ningja skin, and being periodically updated from Ningja updates)...I see demos on using site builder, but am not confident on how to 'switch' to using the site builder at this point, with my site half built. Would have of course been easier to use site builder from the beginning. And Clay's site is actually live now, so I can really empathize with what he is saying.
