Using Forgot Login -- Error

A note from a member transferring over from Ning:

"I keep getting an error message when I click on "Forgot Login" see below:

JSON response error: {"notices":[{"type":"error","text":"Form Validation missing - please refresh and try again."}]}

I reset the password for them and checked to make sure that the email address was correct.

What can I do to fix this?

For validation is an "automatic" part of every JR form. What URL are they seeing this on?

OK - let me know when you get it. They should really never see this - if they do, just refreshing the page and resubmitting should work. If it does not, it could be that they have purposefully set their browser up to not accept any cookies from your domain (which is not going to work if they have done that).

Here is the response back:

1. Yes, cookies are enabled.
2. http://www.thechocolatelife.com/user/login << sign-in URL
3. same as above << no change in URL after receiving error
