It is now located in data/media/0/0 - which is where it should have been from the beginning (as it can then be properly backed up and worked with inside Jamroom). It's been logged in the Changelog:

https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/networkmarket/160/ning-import

Hope this helps!

Just running the updated Delete Media Tool will now pull all needed files from our Ning_Archive folder into the JR media folders and then delete the Ning_Archive folder?

No. The import process has 'copied' all media and image files from the archive into JR. The Delete Media tool now deletes those copied files then moves what is left to the data folder.
