I think the screenshot says it all...wording changes needed perhaps?

First of all, this member actually is not 'pending' or 'inactive' (for the site)- they are an active member, just not a member of this particular group yet. The wording is confusing here.

All this actions are just for the group - we can change the text so it is clearer.

To reject a user, just delete the user.

This is completed in Profile Groups 1.1.6 - there were actually a number of language strings that had not been moved to the language file, so that's been updated and fixed and should be more clear.
