Taking a look at the image gallery udpate.

First icon is create - it's a " + " most everywhere else.

Note the tool tip. And the "Arrange the order of the icons" icon is now on the line below.

Try clearing your icon cache in the Reset Cache tool. You may need to clear your browser cache as well.

I am running in developer mode so ... cache resets not needed?

Icon cache is excluded - go into Cache Reset and make sure the "clear icon cache" is checked.

Even in developer mode the icon cache is used.

Resetting the icon cache solved most of the problem. I have not yet reset the browser cache - there are still some wrong icons showing.

I have rarely ever seen this - my theory is that during the icon sprite generation the server has a problem reading the icon file, so all then icons are "off by one".

Resetting the icon cache has fixed it every time, so I'm not sure what else it could be.

The page left and page right icons. On page 1, the icon on the left side was a shopping cart.

Yeah that is messed up - resetting the icon cache should fix that up. after running the cache reset tool, refresh your browser too so the new sprite image is updated in your browser.

I'll get around to resetting the chrome browser cache. In the meantime I checked it out in Safari and it's okay.

Still. Weird. though.
