Yikes, all the profile pages now look like the attached. See the script note at bottom saying: CRI: Invalid template: comment_pager.tpl, or template directory: mdLisaNEW
I only updated, and I set the comments to show 25 on a profile.

Help please. =8-*

We're running it here on Jamroom.net and I don't see any issues - I'm assuming you have a corrupted file or template somewhere, so reset all your caches.

Did you customize any of the comment templates?

All cache reloaded, integrity checked. Did browser hard refresh. No joy.

No, that's one of the modules that I did no customizing to, and the templates fro users comments show no "compare/reset" options.

Should I reload the User Comments module from the marketplace?

Yeah - that's worth a try - if you you still see an issue let me know - I believe I have your FTP info here and I will check it out.

Looking at your site I can see the header is NOT being processed, so there is an error keeping the header from being generated.

I reloaded the module...but then I was back on the previous version for some reason. And it showed the update again waiting in my system update list. An dwith the previous version my profile pages all look fine again like this:

I've just reset your Comments module back to 1.3.1, ran an integrity check and reset caches so you're restored now. I'd like to try re-enabling the new module on your site so I can see what the issue is - let me know if that is OK.

As an FYI - if you load a module and it messes something up, you can always "roll back" to the previous version in the Marketplace -> Tools -> Release Archive. That way you don't have to leave it like it is.

Ok so I'm back on the 1.3.1 comments version right now. Have not clicked on the 'update' again yet. Will wait to hear back from you here. Thank you!

This is all fixed up - root cause was that the new comment update needed a small update that was in the Jamroom Core 5.2.20, so I went ahead and released Core 5.2.20. I updated your site and you should be good to go.

Hope this helps!

Amazing and wonderful!!! You roool.
Always happy to learn that it wasn't me who screwed some little setting up.
I love the "load more" for profile comments!

Do you think we can get that same "Load More" for our site's Main Index Page Latest Activity/Timeline? That is soooo beloved by members on my ning site when they go away for a couple days and then want to catch up on what's been happening while they were gone...it really stimulates traffic by having it.

Thank you Mr. SuperFast

That's probably doable in a future skin update - we can check it out.

Thanks!
