I just want to thank the JR Team- Michael, Douglas, Paul, and Brian...
you guys have made a whole lot of good changes this past week to the Ningja bundle, all directly in fast response to our many requests.

I'm very pleased with these changes and improvements, and looking forward to the new ones coming. My test site is much improved particularly because of the latest fine tuning you've all done for us over the past week or two especially. Thank You for all your hard work!

Thank you too for all your help getting the word out and all your suggestions on locations that need improvement.

I was off over New Years so the past week stuff is all the other guys work. Always love hearing good things though, so replying.

I have to echo @Strumelia's comments here. The response and support has been nothing short of fantastic. Already this morning I've been back and forth on small points a half-dozen times. It's a small thing but I did sign up for the annual support level yesterday and I've already let some other people I work with know about how pleased I am with the responsiveness here.
