More home page formatting

The left panel displays Top Forums.

Putting aside the fact that I want it to display Forums/Newest Posts instead of group_discuss

a) How do I stop scrolling?
b) I want to put the pagebreak and page flipper at the bottom, as with the timeline panel to the right.
c) I want to display the avatar of the member who posted the disucssion.

Yes one would really need to see the name of the member who posted a forum post- and a (SMALL) avatar as well would be even nicer.

When you think about it, the avatar and the member name plus "last updated" "created" "# comments" - same as on other forum discussions.
