Just to say that after installing the new Ningja updates, problems occurred with SiteBuilder Modules being present/installed. This caused the Ninja Skin Home page not to show below the Header.

Only after uninstalling/deleting the Site Builder modules was the Ningja Skin restored.

Not sure if others are experiencing this.

You don't have to uninstall the Site Builder modules, just turn them off and the skin will work as normal.

I believe there will be a .json file coming that will load the layout and menu items for the Ningja skin soon.

Hope this helps! :)

Had no option... tried everything else. Only when I deleted the modules could I get my home page back.

That would be good!

That is odd because all I have to do is deactivate the jrPanel module and my site goes back to the normal Ningja skin.

Did you try clearing your cache after deactivating the module(s)?

Yes several times, also integrity tests (including clear caches and rebuild tables), and physically deleting the caches via FTP. All to no avail. Only cleared after deleting the modules themselves.

The first problem I noticed after the skin update was a " latest" link in the header, which when clicked the menu disappeared and returned when clicked again. After an integrity test my front page didn't display apart from the header - the "latest" link had gone, but the home page had a Site Builder thing at the bottom for rearranging the page and adding widgets.

Deactivating the Site Builder modules had no effect, even when followed by clearing the caches and integrity check.
Only after finally deleting the modules did the home page return to its proper Ningja Skin.

That is really odd, I'm not seeing that on my dev site, hopefully Brian or one of the other guys will jump in and see if they can figure out your issue.

You shouldn't have to remove those modules.

FWIW: I am seeing this 'latest' link and action on my site banner now too, and my header links are sunken down too far now....and I have not even applied the new Ningja skin update yet.
I have noted down my headermenu customization codes and am going to update my ningja skin now, come what may. See you on the other side...lol

I got through my Ningja skin update...hope it doesn't happen 'too' often, with all the copying over of various customizations in all kinds of template areas and tabs...oy!
Just wanted to say that during the process, that weird 'latest' link in the header bar links went away for me too. Always nice when something resolves itself! :)

@Strumelia do you have an iPad? If so could you let me know if the drop-down menus are visible on your Jamroom header, (ACP, Account Name)?

Thank you.

Hey- as I understand it, you and Brian got that iPad links issue figured out as a bug and it will be fixed on the next update. Let me know if that's not correct and I'll then go look on my iPad.
