solved some media file types won't play

I'm having the same error as Isleander, but could not find his thread to add to it, sorry...here goes:

My embedded video from a Youtube video play just fine when clicked on.
However, when I click on either an audio file anyone had uploaded to my ning site (usually into the ning native music player feature), or any video that had been uploaded directly to my ning site's video feature... I get the error and neither of those types of files will play. I should have tested all the types of clips before now, but have been distracted by other stuff on my site.
I'm beginning to think I should simply delete and no longer allow direct-uploaded videos and audio clips.
I checked out the various media on my JR site that got imported from my Ning archive and it seems all my youtube, Vimeo, and Soundcloud files are working just fine. But the ones that had been direct uploaded to my Ning site (the videos and the sound files) from any member- none of those work, they all get the error message attached below.
Happily, about 98% of all the vids on my ning site are simple YT or Vimeo embeds.
Not sure there is much to be done about this issue, as it may have to do with how the media is either stored on Ning or how the ning archive downloaded and characterized it.

Maybe there's a hint in the error message- how it says it has trouble loading the 'media URL' rather than trouble with the media itself...?

I have seen this error all around the web, try this trick normally works for me, wait for 30 seconds or so after the page loads before playing the media.

Thanks Gary, that doesnt work for me. Tried with both music and vids- waiting 30 seconds, and 1 minute. Still get the error.

OK, revealing now that I am the dumbest human on the planet-

I had Flash disabled in my Firefox browser. Once I re-enabled Flash everything plays just fine.

D'ooooooooohhhhhhh....!!

So sorry- SOLVED!
