Many thanks...will do
And just to follow that up with a suggestion to check out how Jamroom's "Quotas" work. Every user in a Jamroom system has 2 things: a "User Account" (this is what holds the users login info, password, email address, etc.) and a "User Profile" - this is what the public sees. Jamroom Quotas are applied to the User Profile, and define the feature set that the profile has access to. This allows you to (for example) have a "basic quota" that only allows Blogs, and then a "music quota" that allows Blogs and Audio files. BY simply changing the Quota of a User Profile you can change the features available to the users.
The other really powerful feature of Jamroom is that a User Profile can have multiple User Accounts associated with it (i.e. that's how our Jamroom team is all associated with this "Ning To Jamroom" profile - you can see all 4 of us are listed on the left). This allows multiple users (i.e. band members) to post blog entries, songs, etc. to their Band Profile.
This also goes the other direction as well - a single User Account can have access to multiple profiles (think an artist label that updates profiles for all the bands on their roster). This type of user is called a "Power User", and just like most everything, this is configured in the Quotas.
If you have any questions let us know - Jamroom is really flexible when it comes to user accounts, user profiles and quotas - you can mix and match them and combine them in a lot of different ways.
Hope this helps!
