Could you tell me how to fix these two issues please
/usr/local/bin/cbffmpeg is not working correctly
modules/jrSystemTools/tools/tifig is not working correctly

Try reloading the System Tools module from your ACP > Marketplace > Tools > Reload Modules Or Skins

Then run the Integrity Check Tool with the "Repair Modules" check box checked.

Then Reset Caches.
