Do you have the .htaccess file in the directory Jamroom is installed in?

You'll want the .htaccess file from Jamroom's core, modules/jrCore/root directory, copy that to your servers directory that has Jamroom installed.

Hope this helps!

All directories should be 755 all files should be 644 except executable binary files, they should be 755.

Hope this helps!
