On a newly created site on Jamroom hosting I see items which were previously converted on another site on the server. Is that the way it should work?

Yep - that's how it works - you'll see all jobs that are tied to your Cluster ID as set in Cloud -> Cloud Core -> Global Config -> Service Authentication. We setup ONE Cluster ID based on your profile when your first server is turned - any subsequent servers/sites will use the same one.

If you need a separate one let me know and we can manually setup a second cluster ID for you.
