I just read a nice article explaining that all the major browsers are now supporting HTTP/2.

Is there a time frame planned for implementing this in Jamroom Hosting?

Right now HTTP/2 support in Apache is still "experimental":

https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_http2.html

Once it is stable and available it can easily be turned on.
