I'm using the hosting transfer module and when I imported the site the first time it worked like a charm. It was a complete site transfer.

Today I wanted to import again and just have it update with the new items.

I got this error message:

Unable to connect to login via SFTP on remote URL - verify SFTP settings
My settings are the same as the first important and I did a copy/paste of the password so I'm sure what I'm missing this time..

I'm basically just importing one site into another on my JR hosting account.

Just writing the docs on the Hosting Transfer module.
Did you need to do anything to get it to work, or just click the button again? Making notes for anyone who comes later :)

@michael it was an error in my copy/paste. I had a blank space in front of the password when I pasted it and that was the problem. I had some odd issues with JR not sorting some artists correctly and found it was the exact same issue. I had grabbed and pasted an extra space in front of the name or song title.

I just finished with the second site and by just doing the site transfer I was able to save at least 30 hours of work. Instead of having to add over 200 songs with all their data I was able to just transfer everything and then upload the smaller mp3 over the top of the larger file. So it was much faster.

cool, thanks for that. Yeah, I get the space in password issue frequently. In fact its so often that its one of the first things I check now when something doesnt work. paste whatever it is into notepad then re-copy it and try again.

Thanks for the update.
