I can't access my Support Ticket Panel anymore. I suspect there might be an issue with the way the system is transitioning my subscription from the Support plan to Hosting plan that we were discussing few days ago. As discussed, I canceled the old plan via Paypal.
Can you please check why the Hosting plan is not allowing me to access the support panel, & restore it ?
