Receiving a error message when creating gallery image

Unable to create the gallery images in the database - please try again.

This error message shows up when uploading a image and when adding a image to a already existing gallery.

Wonder why.....

When you try again does it work? ( connectivity perhaps )
Is it consistently reproducible? ( bug in the jamroom system, or something to do with your site )

Not seeing any issues here. Got some login details that I can try on your site and see if I can upload it from here?

Im unclear as to where the problem is, is it at the upload phase for the photos or the save phase for the image gallery.

It was when i was trying to save a updated gallery.

I was trying to add about 15 more images to the gallery when i first got the error message.

After reading the other threads i attempted to add a image again when it showed a error this time i kept pressing save until it uploaded.

So maybe in the 15 images there was a duplicate and it messed the sync up .

I'm not seeing this structure 'gallery_order-343-0' or anything similar to it in the current module at all.

Seeing this structure to be saved (screenshot).

So check if there is a newer version of the module jrGallery or try RELOAD button under the tools in
ACP -> CORE -> MARKETPLACE -> TOOLS -> RELOAD MODULES OR SKINS -> Gallery -> RELOAD
