Hey guys - I just pushed out an update to the System Core module that changes how the Item Detail features work - basically now you just set the order in the Core -> Tools -> Item Detail Features section, and you no longer activate/deactivate features from within the tool - instead the feature is just enabled/disabled from the quota config just like everything else.
I think this will avoid confusion where the site owner enables a feature (such as user comments) in a quota but still doesn't see it on the profile since it was not enabled in the feature tool.
