What is the max up[load size you have set at
http://yoursite.com/core/admin/quota

1st place to check...then your server php admin settings would be next to see if its limiting the size..

Without your admin login to check things out we can only guess at what the issue might be.

If you'll send us your admin login ( support[at]jamroom[dot]net ), for your http://centricbeats.com/ site, we can check it out for you.

Thanks!

All your settings look correct, but I don't have a 15MB video to test with... can you send a zipped version of the video your trying to upload?

Thanks!

Thank you for uploading the geolite file.
I just tried to upload the same geo file and it failed.
Are you using broad band?

this is a video file thats 68 mbs unzipped that gets to 21% and fail.
I uploaded it to my google drive, here is the link. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxoLund7U43VZ01DOGd3S0FvX3M/view?usp=sharing

If you can download it and give it a try i would greatly appreciate it.

I just uploaded your video here:

http://centricbeats.com/kok/video/4/lets-get-it-on

without issue.

Do you have a firewall or something that you have to go through first? That might be the issue for you, I'm not 100% sure though.

I've downloaded your 64MB file and uploaded it into my jamroom and it processed without problem.

It did take a long time though. If you're using a Jamroom Hosting server then the conversion processing is off-loaded to a separate server for conversion. But if you're using anywhere else then the server that delivers the site will also be the same server that needs to do the processing. The site delivery will take priority over the conversion processing, so it could well take a very long time to do, especially if your site is busy or your server is under powered.

Check your firewall on your computer. Try a different browser. Try A different computer. Then if all those things have failed. Try a different ISP. Go to a complete different location and try uploading to your site. If it works at a different location. Contact your ISP and let them know you need assistance with uploading to your website. Ive experienced some ISP providers blocking uploading and certian ports so check the TOS of your provider.

This is the video @douglas uploaded a week ago that still hasnt completed processing.
https://centricbeats.com/kok/video/4/lets-get-it-on

Here is a video from a member thats doing the same thing
http://centricbeats.com/the-holy-gangster/video/7/the-holy-gangster-sugar

I was corresponding with my server host for 3 days before i posted here.
I suggested this thread:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/forum/jamroom-developers/11649/create-video-error
but it never was addressed.

Take a look in your queue browser and see if there is a queue to reset.

Search "queue viewer" in the ACP, or go to:
DASHBOARD -> QUEUE VIEWER

Please disregard this if its not helpful and sorry to take up space..
I have been through several different servers with several sites and the uploads worked fine right out of the box on all but one- and that site took about a week working with my host to figure out the problem
I didnt solve it myself ( my host actually did)- but thinking this may give you a new area to check out
in my public.html config file I had to add this
$_conf['jrCore_ffmpeg_binary'] = '/usr/bin/ffmpeg';
after fixing/replacing that line of code all my videos started converting
Hope there is something in there that proves helpful
