Hello I noticed that jamroom seems to have this error I did report this a while back but never been fixed.
I fixed this on my own site by changing the data column to text but I have got some of my clients way back to use Jamroom and seems they are having this issue sometimes too.
is there any fix for this other then changing the colum to text rather then the varchar that is was using.
