My site is taking for ever to load. or upload content. On the dashboard I have 5 Minute Load: 3.69

just spoke with jbservers, and they are saying the stats on jr5 dashboard are incorrect about the servers

I doubt it - they never have been in the last 10 years, unless they have purposefully changed something to obscure it. However we don't really need to care about that - your site is running slow so it's pretty obvious.
