Hi - Welcome to the Jamroom forums.
Be sure that the .htaccess file has been copied to the sub-folder, and also that there are no other non Jamroom files in the sub-folder.

Thank you, I will destroy the sub-folder and start over, it is possible that there is an invisible file because I already use this subfolder for another test. I'll recreate the subfolder and try again, thank you I'll keep you posted.

The .htaccess file may be hidden on your system by default, however, you can configure your FTP client to show those files.

The .htaccess file that comes with JR5 needs to be in the same directory that your are installing JR5 to.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

Thank you board, everything is ok now, there was a file from a previous installation of another script. I finally install jaroum, I'll test this solution and see if I adopt.

Thank you very much, and good day
