i'm already get the cod and they tell me to past the cod they give me on the HTML in my web site please direct me

You should add it wherever you want it to come out.

The code google gave you is to display advertising, so put it where you want that advertising to display.

You probably want to add that to a template. Go to skin settings/templates. You'll be able to modify them there.
