closed System Tools won't UpDate to 1.1.0

In System update the Module; System Tools will not update from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0
No issues other than it won't update.

What is actually happening? Does the module show as an update in the Marketplace Updates tab view? If so, when you click the button, what happens?

If you hit the Update button you just get a rolling stones in the action column.
If I hit the Update for all button. I get a popup and is hangs up after two lines:
installing module update for: System Tools
installing module update for: System Tools

Also. Ran integrity and cleared cache, No difference.

Probably hanging because of an error somewhere. Anything in the logs about it?
