solved ShareThis Module and sharing to a page?

Seems as though the share this module only saves to a facebook users profile?
If I try to share something on my site, to a page I am an admin of and logged into facebook as a page manager it says I have to switch to my facebook user account?
Is this right as we have a module on our current site ( joomla ) that lets us share direct to the page.

Any ideas on how an admin would let people see our shared stuff from our JR site to a our sites facebook page?

thats weird I just tested it on my page and it went through with no problems on allowed sites did you add the allow all domains code?

So I missed the drop down on the facebook share screen top left.
I chose: share on a page you manage

Shame you can't post as the manager though. It says :
Shared by me the facebook owner not the page manager
Or does anyone know a way around this?

I want to post as the page ( PunkBandPromotion ) Not me (ismadman)
And the post goes into the section on the page that says: Recent Posts by Others on PunkBand Promotions
I dont want it as another user

If we want to let our Facebook friends know whats happening at the site it was alays simple. We could share it straight to the facebook page as PunkBand Promotions. Not my FB User account.
Creating an account with that name will still not post as PunkBand Promotions so hence my problem.

on facebook click on the little gear icon and use your facebook as your page then go to your site and click on the share button . FIXED Hope That Helps

Yep did all that still posted as my user and not as PunkBand Promotion
Found this but it seems like thats not right as we do it now on our current joomla site as JR is being built

the gear icon is on the top right and it works I just did it on my page

Make sure your clicking on the right page name and after you use your facebook as that user you will be able to share your music via jamroom share this

I am.
I don't know whats going on. Seems like ShareThis wont let me post as the page in that account for some reason.

I have another page I manage and it says POST AS PAGE beside the drop down when I select that one
but when I click the drop down and change to PunkBand Promotions it say post as yourself and I can't change it??

Edit: Tried posting something as the account that says POST AS PAGE and that worked fine.
So I have no idea why the other one ( Which I need ) won't post correctly

Ok I got it working.
Seems I am not alone on this.

I manage 7 pages at facebook and two weren't working or letting me post as the page.
For anyone else that has this issue try this as it worked for me which I posted at the link above.

Log out of all other devices and browsers
eg Phone,Tablets, other computers
and make sure you are only logged into facebook once.

I tried to do this while logged in into two browsers ( Firefox and Chrome )
to the same account and it kept defaulting to my user account instead of posting as the page.

I logged out of everything and cleared my cookies just in case ,
Logged back in under one browser and it worked fine after that.

Hope this helps someone as I had the same issue.
