solved Email From Name

Even if I configure "From Name" under "Email Support ->Global Config -> general settings" emails are sent without a from name. Any additional configuration needed?

ACP -> COMMUNICATION -> EMAIL SUPPORT -> GLOBAL CONFIG -> GENERAL SETTINGS -> FROM NAME
Is the setting you want. Its working here for me.

Could be that your email client is not using it though.

My active email system was set to "MailGun Email API" but after seeing your screenshot I updated it as "SMTP Server Configured in Delivery Settings(Default)" and now it is fine. Thank you Michael.
