not enough info to help with that one sorry.

Guesses:
* Your server is responding that it has sent the email so you're getting the message but it hasnt been sent.
* The email was sent but the System was set to send the emails to the activity log.
* other...


Check your settings under ACP -> COMMUNICATION -> EMAIL SUPPORT are what they should be for your server. If your using mailgun, make sure you have that set up.

i adjusted my smtp settings port and mail and pass...

If there are no Jamroom error messages or logs about this, then we must assume that Jamroom thinks that the email has been sent so is 'out of its hands'.
You'll now need to check your server logs to see what it has done with the email.

email working for yahoo but not gmail... mail return

If emails are being delivered to yahoo addresses but not gmail addresses then this really isn't a Jamroom issue. Maybe Google has your domain blacklisted for some reason?
Or am I mis-understanding what your issue is?
