My trialperiod is beginning. My first site (of two) got an error. I started again. But now I must purchase some modules. Message when I try to download. Error: It does not appear you have purchased this file - exiting. Marketplace said you must pay. Info34408.

Everything on your account is correct. You are not going to be able to download the modules and skins as ZIP files from the site here (since you're only in a trial) - you just can install/update from your site's Marketplace.

Yes. I can send it via email. The emailsaddress?

It is no hurry.

I had a hanging system when I upgrade via Marketplace. I ran repair.php. Got a 500-failure. I deleted all files and run a uppload from the free version.

I had uploaded a new site and can run it now. Same userid and same password.
