I recently been trying to get the marketplace to work with my jamrooom after the reset of licenses. I had finally got it working the other day and downloaded the new core update and modules updates.

I then tried to clone my Projam skin to start using my edits but something went wrong. Now I get blank pages on certain core pages like I can't change my skin because it goes to a blank page.

I tried to reinstalled the core and skin updates but not having any luck.

When I do the integrity check it ends up freezing and says something about internal server error.

My php error log says:

[31-Dec-2013 21:30:12 America/Vancouver] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function jrCore_json_response() in /..../..../public_html/modules/jrCore-release-5.1.9/index.php on line 206 [x 2]

[02-Jan-2014 03:27:06 America/Vancouver] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting ']' in /..../..../public_html/modules/jrCore-release-5.1.9/index.php on line 7072 [x 1]

[02-Jan-2014 05:35:19 America/Chicago] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /..../..../public_html/modules/jrCore-release-5.1.9/lib/checktype.php on line 95 [x 2]

I changed some names to "....".

What should I do? Thanks.

Looks like some files are corrupted - if you are uploading the core using an FTP client, make sure you are using a quality FTP client. If you can, update to jrCore 5.1.10 from the Marketplace -> System Updates tab in your Jamroom - that validates all files so it should be good.

If not, you will to re-upload the core as it appears you have corrupt files.

Hope this helps!

I tried a different FTP on my windows laptop (I have been using my mac) and uploaded the core again, still no luck. The integrity check still freezes at some point and I still can't change my current skin.

Are you still getting the same Fatal errors? What FTP client are you using?

Thanks!

I was able to delete my jamroom files and upload the core again, now I'm able to change templates and not getting white screens....but my integrity check still freezes and then after maybe 10 minutes of it just sitting there I then get an error message.

I use CuteFTP on windows and Transmit on Mac

Here is what my freeze looks like, it always freezes after the jr_facebook: http://imageshack.com/a/img689/631/u586.jpg

If you've made any edits to the cloned skin config.php and/or include.php files, this can cause the integrity check to freeze as it tries to validate the skin. If you have changed any these files, try uploading the original files to see if that works.

jr_facebook is not one of our modules - you'll want to contact whoever developed it for you as it sounds like it is bombing out.

Hope this helps!
