Simple Chat 'Module URL' setting

Morning,

I have installed and setup Simple Chat to work for the Admins of out site, just to check it out. We seemed to have installed it and have it working because we found the floating chat button on the right side of the page. VERY cool UX BTW.

But when I tried to go to /chat I get a 'Page not found' error.

'The Module URL setting determines the URL the module will be accessed at - i.e. https://theartsherpa.com/chat/'

1) Is there a link to the chat we can embed? Will that pop-up a window or just open a slider?

2) Is there a widget? (I can't find the docs, I suspect they are too new)

3) When designing the chat administration, what screens should/dashboard our Mods be watching? It appears that the main Chat window displays most of the activity happening within the chats (Users, log, etc) but appears to me more user oriented.

The Chat module only works as a 'pop-out' on the right hand side of your site pages. The only place it works 'stand-alone' is on mobile devices. Everything happens in that pop-out so that is what users need to keep an eye on.

That's great. I have not seen this on a mobile device yet. I will fire it up and give it a try. Do you have anything that goes over the differences in the user experience for mobile vs. desktop? One of the things we are working on now is a script to be turned into video for our site users explaining how to use all the new features. Any reference materials would be appreciated.

The new features that came into JR6 are covered a bit in the Follow Me skin docs here:

Docs: "Follow Me"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/skins/4419/follow-me

Chat doesn't have a docs page yet.
