I have multiple modules with the same purchase ID listed in my marketplace purchases.

If this is in your "Purchases" tab:

https://www.jamroom.net/foxycart/items

then it could be that the items were purchased as a bundle - that way they have the same transaction id.

My Items under the Purchases tab. I have 6 pages of purchases. I purchased the Superpack pre-launch and I believe all of those modules appear twice with the same Transaction ID and purchase date. It's not giving me extra licenses in the site marketplaces or anything. I was just noticing.
