Jamroom licence is showing an old domain (regal-network.com/ncnorg) which was deactivated and removed about 4 months ago.
It is not showing the licence for my current domain (regal-network.com/newberry_bible).

Please can you rectify this as I cannot currently access my models and skins from the Marketplace?

Thank you,
Alex

Click on "View Licenses", then check all the licenses and release them...

Let me know if that helps.

OK - I did that but they all returned again. I removed again and they are not showing currently. However, the current licence for my one website does not show (regal-network.com/newberry_bible)
I have refreshed the licence code (and changed it in Marketplace) a number of times to see it that help - but no.
Shall I reinstall?

I've tried to reinstall but cannot??
I deleted everything from the server and set up new mysql, ftp-ed all files - but to no avail.
If anyone could help with this I would be most grateful.

Thank you.

Still getting this error.
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/sites/regal-network.com/public_html/modules/jrCore/include.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear53:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/ZendFramework') in /home/sites/regal-network.com/public_html/install.php on line 71

I noticed today that my licenses were messed up too.

mainsite and mainsite/development should have been showing but it was showing mainsite/development and then server ip for the other license, the server ip was only showing 11 modules, and the development 109, which is actually my main site.

I removed the server ip one, and then checked again and it started showing mainsite correctly, however once I visited the admin panel of mainsite/development, the mainsite/developer is the only license showing now.

Maybe it is having issues recognising multiple licences within the same parent folder structure?

I would double check HOW you are uploading - you should obviously not see this error if you can see the file is there - that tells me the file is being corrupted during upload. Maybe try a different FTP client?

There is a server problem with http://regal-network.com/newberry_bible

before trying to install jamroom there, put a simple text file there and see if it shows:
something.txt
this is some text to put in the something.txt file, anything is fine just want to see if it shows

Then go to
http://regal-network.com/newberry_bible/something.txt

If that text is readable, then you can install jamroom there, but if that text is not readable, then there is a server setup issue. I think thats the case now.

Michael, Thanks.

Yes, I can read the text file OK, but for some reason the install is trying to install to the main directory (public_html).

I cleaned the directory out and created a different directory (just in case there was a problem) - http://regal-network.com/bible_newberry - however the same problem exists. I have contacted my hosting company, they suggest there is a coding error on the main site causing the problem, but that they do not support coding.

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/sites/regal-network.com/public_html/modules/jrCore/include.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear53:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/ZendFramework') in /home/sites/regal-network.com/public_html/install.php on line 71
The string above shows that instead of installing the software in the desired directory it is trying to put it in the site's main directory.

I have sorted it... it would appear that there is an error somewhere in the code of the latest version - 5.3.5

I installed it using version 5.2.41 with no error.

I installed it using version 5.2.41 with no error.

We install JR 5.3.5 every day - I'm not aware of any issues with the installer - the error is telling you the file is NOT found, which tells me mod_rewrite is not function correctly or the files have not been uploaded to the server.
