Audio isnt processing

That is jamroom complaining to you that the server its running on wont let it use ffmpeg.

Its asking you to contact the server admin and ask them to let jamroom run ffmpeg.

Your system administrator should (hopefully) allow you to use binaries under the web server. If they won't or can't help you out, check out our Jamroom Hosting:

theres audio already uploaded meaning it worked fine before now.

And there isnt a problem with a fresh jr install on the server

Then you need to find out why it is not working. If a fresh install works, but your old one does not, go to Marketplace -> Tools -> Reload Modules and Skins and reload the Audio module - maybe your install is messed up.

I reloaded the system core and the audio uploads correctly now thanks.
