(Fixed) - Foxycart help

Im having trouble with foxycart. I followed all the instructions in the jamroom directions but when I add something to cart it just shows this error on foxycart - jrAudio-4593 is not a valid downloadable product code for this category. Do I have to dd everything as a product on the foxycart website?

Did you setup a default category in your FoxyCart account?

its set as default for all products

When you first login into FoxyCart, there is a section on the right hand side, "Required Store Configuration", make sure you have all those setup and the State under the Currently Selected Store says OK.

it doesnt say ok but the categories under Required Store Configuration are crossed out

I fixed it the solution is in the categories section I checked it off as downloadable when I should of left it set to Shipped using a flat rate fee which is the default. I figured since I was only selling downloadable products only that it was the best selection. Thank You

'downloadable' on foxycart is for when the file that is to be downloaded has been uploaded to the foxycart servers.

So in Jamroom's case, the downloadable file will be delivered via jamroom, not foxycart.

So your right to not choose 'downloadable' on foxycart.
