solved Like button retries

Is there any way to set the number of retries on the like button? It's great that it prevents people from abusing it, but if they make a mistake, they can't retry right away. I want to be able to allow 3 clicks before they have to wait.

The Like button doesn't have any 'wait' timeouts. Are you refering to the ratings?

If I unlike something, and try to like it again, I get a message : "you already liked/disliked this before". And it won't let me like it again

This is working ok for me. Are you up to date with the latest jrLike module? - A lot of workin has been done on it recently.
Are you using both Like and Dislike, or one or the other?
Are you trying to like your own item, or someone else's?
Help us to try and replicate this issue.

You want to upgrade - that message is no longer present in the latest version of the module.
